It has 66 head armour rating, by the way.

I dont know, if there is a swadian helmet, that looks like that, but I cant find anything about it.
This helmet looks exactly like the "Open Trooper Helmet".

This helmet looks exactly like the "Open Trooper Helmet".
The Texture is just a tiny bit different.
The Swadian Helmet is House craftable by any profession, and yes, i assure, this item exists
