Report: Mad - MadMan - 05-06-2014
This happened about 5 to 10 mins ago on NI_N_AU1
The Users (Mad) joined the server and started asking everyone to go spec so the map would change and he could spawn in than he start spamming the chat with Kill and Blood (See screenshot for full name) did it and after that everyone was killed and he got what he wanted Map change.

Blood did nothing wrong he just did what a dumb little kid told him to do.
