Borrowing rules:
- Have a character that can equip the item (derp)
- Alliance members only
- Send me a PM acknowledging that you are borrowing the item and intend to return it
- Subject: Borrowing [item name] from armory
- Body must include item name, and character receiving the item
- Subject: Borrowing [item name] from armory
- Open a trade back to the character that initially sends you the item
- Borrow items only for one character and/or support class at a time
Buying rules:
- PM me
- Subject: WTB [item name] from armory
- Body must include offer, and character id
- Subject: WTB [item name] from armory
- Discount for alliance members if you are actually going to equip and use the item
- Turning around and selling for a profit is incredibly frowned upon

Nonetheless, the idea is to upgrade to currently-unused items, not sell them.
