How much would it cost? I've been saving up money and now have about 100k.
If that's not enough to buy it, and I'm not close, what Nords will drop it?

Craftable as in house crafting, or armorsmith? And at what level would that be?

house crafting lvl 19 attacker, and you just play alot and hope you get some decent loot
