Level Limits for AH Items - clickeverywhere - 11-12-2011
I'd like to request the ability to limit the levels of the players to whom you are selling items to on the AH (e.g. military scythe for levels 1-10 players).

High level players probably have no reason to buy military scythes in the first place. By then, they should have better weapons to rely on.
The other problem is people who have no use for military scythes other then to buy them and sell them at a higher price. Limiting by level will not eliminate this problem entirely but help to stop it a bit by making it more difficult to do so.
The whole point is to make the military scythe available to low level players that need it the most.

What about auction house filters, high level players could filter out gray or black items.
