Hey. Maybe i missed something but what do shrines do? When you give 250 gold.

Full heal, fixes your shield and gives you full ammo. That's what I've noticed when using them at least.
Also need to use them for that "Praise be to the Gods" quest of course.

Also heals your horse. Big bonus is that it's done in 2 seconds

I thought it was 5 seconds. Then again this can be easily tested and proven.
