Being able to "Friend" someone. - oracolus - 21-08-2014

Playing trough the servers and you meet some really nice people, but the only chanse to meet them again is if you encounter them again, or steam or any other media.

My idea is simple, to be able to send friend request ingame aswell in here.

What say you?

Never mind that, misunderstood your post.

He thinks M&B works the same as runescape or something. Unless he's talking about the forum, which you already can do on the forum.

Use Steam.  Most of the people here run Warband through Steam, and most of those who don't run Warband through Steam have Steam anyway.  That is the easiest way to "Friend" someone in this game.

He already said that Sargent Q, but he does not like that way.
But I do not see any other way than the one Sargent Q has pointed out. Maybe get a SHC or try to get into a house, so you get known. So they invite you to runs, that is the best way in my opinion to find new friends.

I assume that he is offering an idea to the Devs/Admins to add an in-game way to 'friend' someone using the chat and right clicking on their name? I think this is what he is saying.

So it looks the meaning of this. Quite an idea, why not ?
Of course, there is Steam to be used for this purpose and it's quite effective.

This should probably be a feature request
