I tried to log on this afternoon and I have been banned for "Your account has been banned for the following reason:
Creating blank characters purely to sell the starting gear is considered glitching and is against the rules."
I did this to 3chars a long time ago before I realised it was against rules and I did not create the characters they were just on my warband I am sorry for my actions and is this temp or perm ban?

You have 25 alts. I am removing the Ban but giving you a 25% reset you may consider yourself very lucky not to be permanently banned.
