There's four in the game.
It depends on the owner's price alone. Each value's theirs differently.

Mikoto owns one, and he wont sell. He values his above 15mil.
Mr. Peso (I believe that's the name), owns one, and he probably wont sell, and values his highly as well.

I own one of these fancy swords. As Dr said, I'm not really interested in selling. If I were to sell it wouldn't be for any less than 15-20mil; I just like it far too much. I'm always open to offers but there aren't really any other items that interest me at this point. Hope this was helpful even though my price is quite different from what other people value it. Good luck finding a seller

Nah, I don't own one, I'm not one of those lucky guys.I would get rid of it as fast as possible, though, DWP seems just better allround to me.
