This requires a armorsmith of at least level 12
200 Strap 150xp per strap x 200 = 30000 xp
100 Silk 75xp per Silk x 100 = 7500 xp
All that adds up to 37500 xp. Which is over a level at level 21.
Bidding starts at 10k. And please go up by amounts of at least 5k each time.
