This requires you to be level 12 armorsmith.
You get 1500 rough cloth, 90 hardened metal, 30 quality charcoal, 8750 armorsmith xp, and you give back 500 leather, 30 armor plates, and the gold. Post offers or PM below.
Math:
90 hardened metal + 30 quality charcoal -> 30 armor plate (2250 xp)
1500 rough cloth -> 500 leather (6500 xp)
