Voice commands just like in CRPG
Press Q, open up a little menu
more buttons
then voice to say stuff like
SHIELD WALL!
KEEP YOUR FORMATION!
STAND CLOSER TOGETHER!
etc

i could see the call horse feature being handy, but the rest are just niceitys imo

And they will make you want to kill someone if they're spammed.
