Basically he was trying to rip off a guy for bear armour and I told the guy the real price. You can even see in the screenshots the guy assassine is trying to scam is agreeing with me

All I see is Ruff informing someone on the correct or widely accepted pricing of Bear Armour. I fail to see how he is telling 'prejudices' about you; he is saying the truth, or what he perceives to be the truth or merely his own opinion. The only real substance I see for this report is the 'harassment' part but he was not being explicitly vulgar, just using emotive language to express that opinion.
Just my 2 cents on the matter, sorry for intruding.

spreading untruthful slander about another player shouldn't be tolerable. even though a lot of my trades are mostly profitable for me, the majority of my trades fulfill both parts equally. needless to say, cutting down the price isn't scamming, it's bartering. also, if your not directly involved stay out of the topic please.

Best not to trade while in game use someother method and do not slur the name of other players.
