The shrines we have now reset everything that the player has even when the player has no need of certain things. So I was thinking perhaps there should be shrines that refill maybe only two of the three things the player has, like ammunition and health, or health and shield at a lower price than 25gs than what the full reset currently costs.

Nope. Shrine is what shrine is, that's why you pay for it. If you want less than everything, head to the relevant props
