Yeah, I'm looking to purchase a flamberge, hopefully today. I'm offering all cash, as right now I'm bugged and can't join a house. PM me or post with offers.

Listing price is only 5%, and there is someone selling on the forums here for about 350k. I was hoping more for around that price.
