Hey, When I joined the hard server everyone were dead but in reality they were here.

It's a pretty semi-common game bug for me as well. A rejoin should fix it I believe, though I just usually ignore it and keep playing.

This happens when you join the game during prep time when people are replacing gear. Beyond being an annoyance, it should not break anything so it is safe to keep playing. We will look into fixing it in a coming patch.
