Im having recently an unlucky time with getting disconnects on NI servers. Sometimes i can stay for 3 hours on a server but then get disconnected on the next after 5 mins (and cant rejoin because "someone else is using your character already).
And i think, im not the only one encountering this problem.

The unable to reconnect issue is because of the fact that your character has not actually left the game yet. And do you have any issues with your internet?

My internet is fine. Im playing competetiv TF2 at other days and have 0 timeouts and connection issues. Im even checking that with a net_graph command.

back when macros were still allowed i used to have the exact same issue. for some reason, every time i turned off any macro i'd get disconnected from the server.
