That. Make hero on archer if your plan is Warden. I wouldn't worry much for a sword here, archer is not supposed to engage in sword fight, I've been doing great for a long long time with Messer. Unless you're planning Sentinel.
Next, I'd go for CTS, for a T4 pikeman (means already really strong thrower) that would be major upgrade, craftable Javs are no much for CTS, though you probably already know the difference well from gameplay.
