Unfortunately you can't buy a legendary with that amount, especially not a bow.
I'd just save up for headcrusher. 800k-1m.

If you're looking at the bow market, your options are pretty limited.
After the marketplace items end, the next bow in progression is the Sharpshooter bow, which will run you ~400k. Followed by the Ebony/Elmwood/King's Will line up, all around the 4m mark. The next step up from that are the legendaries - the cheapest of which being the Fiendish bow, running 11-14m. Next is the Hurricane at around the 18m mark.
Stick to a sharpshooter - that carries most people until they hit Hero at least for archers.
