Hello! When I want to go to character menu it shows something like that:

I bought new computer and new Warband, what should I do?

that only shows up when you click the hidden start new game button

You are clicking too high on the menu. Perhaps your graphics driver is bugged and the mouse is not where it seems. I've seen that happen a couple times in windowed mode for instance. See what happens if you start aiming lower or try it in full screen.
