Actually Huntress delivers 39p I believe (according to the Warband ItemEditor, also in agreement with update info from Winter). The missile spreed is 65. The most direct comparison would be Hurricane Bow that also deals 39p damage but is faster (speed 85 vs. 83) and the arrows travel faster (missile speed is 67 for Hurri) and the accuracy is 110 vs 99.
