I think 100 HM are needed : 10 (5*handle) + 90 (30*blade shard).

Still looking for a seller.
I'm greatly interested if you have already a steel cutter, I can pay a decent amount of money for it.
If you are a blacksmith (lvl>13) you can craft 1 for me, but since I have about 60 HM you will have to provide the rest. I will give you gold in compensation.

You need for 5x Oil 10x HM too so -> 110x HM mate.
I thought you have 110x HM, but you have only 60x so i can´t craft one for you. Sorry mate!

Update : 80 HM now, so 30 30 more needed by a hypothetical crafter.
