But i think it just needs a few rules added. nords cant pick up swadian weapons or refill ammo would balance it out a lot.

Yeah it's fun if you're on the nord side. It was pretty dull and boring for the swadians.
Definitely would need some re-balancing.
Also I remember melee couldn't do anything against their armor - if you weren't ranged then gg.

What about Swadians vs Swadians ? maybe 2 mixed House fights each other instead of Swadian Invasion
after some wave they change sides.

It's a pvp event, yet there was no coordination, communication, nor planning on the Swadians' part. Also players were screaming completely irrelevant stuff in TS like they've never pvped before. One Swadian kept incessantly shouting something like "you can't stop me, my parry game is too strong" for a minute or two.

You can't expect to do well under those conditions. If the event happens again, coordinating with class setups, groups, and strategies should be a prerequisite.
Edited to add: other than the annoyances I mentioned in this post, I had a little bit of fun.

I remember doing an event like this on praven but I also remember it being at least a little more successful than the one people are talking about in this thread. Regardless of success or not I would still find it very fun to have a large community event like this
