someone was building cades and wasting them(i dont remember who built but he was literally wasting the cades by building them at
irrelevant places.) then he pissed and used the tomes then left.

surely the person you want to report is the guy wasting other peoples cades, rather than the person who used his own tomes

Also do NOT waste cades or Tomes period
