Hey everyone
So recently I bought Zwei, unsure of my decision, and rationally thinking I did a respec. Only to find all the hard work I put into saving up money for Zwei I found my account was not refunded. I did not realize when buying a hero you would not be refunded. When I manage to save up enough money again I will just buy Zwei. Is there anything anybody can do that will reset what I have done wrong. I do not know how I would give you any proof other then my word. Thank you
