12m is quite the lowball. ~15m seems more realistic. I would not sell mine for 12m, and I am pretty sure none of the other dwarf axe owners are fine with that price either. I know of at least 2 others who value theirs at 18-20m.

Eh I sold mine for 17m and even then people say how lucky I was to get that deal(was when dwarf was a lot rarer too). I think 12m is an appropriate price given the stats and the (very) low amount of demand.

I agree with ribbed. I value the axe around 12-13m. A few people only want a dwarf axe.
