With current coal prices it definitely isn't a lowly 35k, but I'll make you one anyways. It will be up in the AH momentarily
EDIT: @ Elite_Ozboz (below me) He was asking for the item to be sold outright to him, which does not require a Blacksmith at all. If he were asking someone to craft it for him if he gave them some (or all) of the materials to make it it would belong in the Blacksmith section
Now lets not argue semantics and let the poor guy buy his Poleaxe.
