House Equipment - Lav - 31-12-2011
1. Allow Houses to buy equipment on the market.
2. Allow House leaders to lend House equipment to House members.
3. Allow House members to return borrowed items to the House treasury.
4. If House member decides to leave the House, all items borrowed from the House are automatically returned.
5. Allow blacksmiths, armorers and alchemists (sanctioned by the House leader) to produce using House equipment (products are also put into House treasury).

Like that houses could unlock like a "house market" that house members could buy special house unlocked weapons and heraldic armor etc etc .

Well I found Tempered Katana and it's a real pain to exchange it between ourselves so people can use it. If there was such thing as a House Inventory that'd be great , people could use it and put it back in the "public equipment". I already see fights about who took what and didn't put it back though. Or people taking stuff and leaving the house and joining another one

Which is why if they leave the house it returns to the house.
