Hey I quickly calculated the items and came up with these values:
Heavy Pilum - 7.5mil (With the current prices of Damascus Steel)
Heavy Pilum - 4.9mil (With the Damascus Steel at 200k per unit)
Swadian Gauntlets - 850 - 900k
You generally get the items for the crafting price, most don't sell under.
