My problem is:
I cant play with my account on another computer,if i join a server,I must regestrate again.

This is correct behaviour, because you are probably using a different CD key on that other PC. The system then thinks you are a different player and so if you make char with same name on different CD key it will not think you are the same person.
So they way to fix it is to make sure you have same CD key on all computers.
