For a Royal Shield I can add Mats!
For the Bear rmor, the SS Bow and the War arrows, so 1.82M with your prices, I'd offer: 300k cash, Arbalest (900k and easy to sell) and a Butcher (650k and easy to sell) so all in all 1.85M with gold and nice things.

I think you will get a Royal shild with my stuff better then with yours, I mean Butcher Arbalest GOLD Plate Mittens, only High tier crafting stuff etc.
