Report VM_jaime - SPQR-Zeta - 30-09-2016
He's a RG but he refuses to shield because his position was taken, and when he "does" shield he goes into positions where he may be killed easily and he refuses to leave.

The screenshot does not provide enough information to back up the report. No action will be taken.
In general, problems like this would be best handled by requesting an admin join the server at the time.
