I wouldnt craft a runic sword or any other zweihander locked craftable.
I think the price is 5-6m for those two handed swords.
I am using an aurora blade for my zweihander which is in the same price range and got the following stats:
Weight 2
Difficulty 7
Speed Rating 100
Weapon Length 140
Swing Damage 60
Thrust Damage 44
So it got a bit less cut damage but is a bit faster, longer and usable by everyone.

Runic Greatsword
Speed Rating 101

Swing Damage 63
Thrust Damage 46

Maybe check the date of the post
Crafted a Bidenhander instead, which looks better and got even better stats in my opinion. ( Reach=142/SwingDamage=66/ThrustDamage=46)
