I have warned these players alot in the past.
I surgest you keep the chat to English and if you have an need to talk your native use steam or ts like all the others
Also Bartus matters like this could be solved by trying to reach an admin by IRC/Discord/Teamspeak.

Where it says "It is forbidden to speak in languages other than English."
I do not see it, I see only a request not to speak in other languages. So why can not I use their own language when communicating with their teammates? Ps so do not beautiful.

Also your english seems to be good so whats the problem for you to keep the chat in english..
As this is a teamplaying game common lauguages as english is kinda needed also if all just keep chatting away in their own native language you cant tell the diffenrent if the person is insulting others etc..

if we had a lot of people, we would not have to communicate in their native language, know for myself that is not familiar letters can exert. But we had three, two of which are Russian, and the guy who sent the complaint just revenge on the inability to play the cavalry fashion. It's my opinion
