Fair few people in AU want to buy them, may be easier if people sell some at a reasonable price in the AH.

You could also gather the Mats for them and ask kindly persons to craft them
I highly doubt players wouldten craft them if you have the mats

I crafted 7 normal barricades for the australians, I can give them to you to distribute if you want terror?

sounds awesome, there are a couple i know who would want them, and the rest id just look for players who play often and have deps or no support in au. its something anyone can do i guess but if you don't want to yourself i wouldn't mind too much.
