I'm not sure if its fixable, or if you'll wanna bother wasting the time to fix but it's minorly annoying:

obviously not important but you'll be reloading and suddenly the screen jumps.

I don't think there's anything anyone can do to fix how the camera works in M&B. In any case it's not nessasarily a map issue, it's the game itself, could possibly try replacing the prop with a new one in the same position though, wouldn't hurt to try.

That's not a problem. Do you ask AAA game devs why player feet can somehow walk through the grass ? That's the same case here. All props may block the player & its camera if the collision is activated on the mesh itself.
