Fearsome, any craftable armor (55 body, 24 foot), hourglass (6 body), highlander boots (19 foot)

Fearsome is a Legendary, though. Grinder Helmet is the best affordeable for Seargant.
Costs around 35-40k on AH.
I can sell you a Heavy Highlander Armor if you want (one of that 55/24 crafteables).
