Royal helm is around 28-32M based on the last ones to sel. Imperial is 30-40 based on last to sell.
As for boots they are so hard to come by ID say you'd be looking to pay 13-20M in all honesty.

About royal, i sold mine for 40 since i said "no i'm not selling" several times, and guy just offered something i couldn't refuse so we can't really base values on overpays. I stated the values i think they are "fair" what people overpay is another story.
