This is a question I hear a lot, so I figured there should be a guide for it. I will start by filling in what I know. Please help me by filling in what I've not fixed yet.
I might add pics, what units drop and some tips about them later. This is an ongoing project, and this is a start at least.
I'll be dividing the different waves in four types: mixed, special, spawn and boss waves. The mixed waves are mixed (duh) and new sorts of units start spawning as the you get further. Special waves is the ones that occur between two spawn waves and contain just one type of unit (except Rangers). Spawn waves are the ones that you spawn on. They also contain a commander of some sort. The final wave is called a Boss wave, since I figured they can't be called spawn wave.
If a wave has a "nickname" I have written it after the wave number.
Future fixes:
- Add pictures
- Add colours for simpler navigation
- Add info about the units
- (MAYBE) Add a guide to what enemies drop (mats, gear, legendaries)

About special waves (I can't exactly remember the mixed ones):
Normal :
Wave 6 - Berserkers & Brutes
Wave 10 - Ulfhedins & Zweïhanders
Wave 14 - Huscarls & Hersirs & mercenary sergeants
Hard :
Wave 2 : Veterans huscarls
Wave 4 : Champions Huscarls
Wave 6 : No Valkyries, it's Followers of Hati/... (can't remember the other ones)
Wave 8 : No einherjar snipers
Wave 10 : Valkyries
Wave 14 : Jotnes

By the way, good luck getting all the enemies for wave 19 on normal, every bot (except hard mode only bots) can spawn on this wave I think?
Nord Axemaster is also a normal mode wave 19 bot.
