EU normal servers - Nopanda - 22-04-2018
Today, at 7:02 & 7:39 (Central time, US & Canada), 2 normal EU servers had crashed/disconnected all players from those 2 runs. I beleive we were on wave 2 on the first disconnect, and on wave 14 on the second disconnect.
If you are a developer, please do not get mad at me for bringing up this issue, but i've experienced this several times today, & i just wanted to let you guys know about this matter

It's been coming up all over the places and the devs have been working to try and fix it

The EU servers have been giving us trouble and we are testing various configurations. This afternoon, they were particularly quick to crash so we were able to test several things quickly (at least we were able to rule out more options today than usual). Ideally, we will get this new server box working but if we exhaust all our options, we will return the EU game servers to the old server box.
