Hello:
Was wondering what they currently drop off of? Also could the drop rate on these be slightly increased? At the moment I've looted two in the past four months playing consistently almost every day.

I got one just now, I think it was a Mercenary Ballistaman on Hard. Either they're only dropping rarely (low requirement for crafting - Bronze Arrows only ) or the demand is greater than usual, mainly because of the upgrade materials. I need 60 of those myself, so there just seem to be too many buyers in comparison to what is looted.
