Account problems - DP_UnderTaker - 10-08-2018
If you could help me, I'll be very pleased. The problem is - I had a character long time ago and forgot all details to it (Login and Password), but the worst part is - I lost serial key to it. Now I have new key and new char, but of course I want to play as the old one cause he was build to max. His name could be DP_UnderTaker or DP_Gerhard or these nicknames without "DP", if that could help somehow. Thank you.

It's seems there are a couple of problems with your account. We will look into this and return to you as soon as possible.

Your old account was banned several years ago for abusing a glitch on the website. Since it would be reset upon unban and since you can't prove ownership of the old account, you may continue to play on the new account you created and we will consider this an unban.
