Apsods = Sniper weapon? - ~CM~Dragz - 30-01-2013
This is an idea I just had:
Apsods Legendary Sword of Kokt Torsk usable by Sniper (and of course by Sergeant,Commando)
Why?:
1.Apsods is a high end craftable such as the heavy warhammer/fireblade,royal shield but compared to them it has pretty lame stats.
->Not really useful as commando because even lower craftables for commando are better
=>Making it usable by both Sniper and Serg,Com to make it a bit more useful
2.Lame stats + Snipers low power strike would not make it OP.
->Its not too strong for snipers imo but a bit better than messer/strange sword, which fits good to its high crafting worth
3.Its a beautiful weapon and it hurts me that its used very very rarely.
Hope you guys read all of it instead of saying "No" during the next minutes.
(The same change could be done to Fireblade btw)

Think fireblade's already usable by all classes.

Unless it changed in the last patch, the fire blade is definitely useable by all classes.

I agree with Dragonknight's point about the Apsod's. It's a really nice looking weapon, which makes it a shame when no one uses it. The other options are just way better. At level 18 Alchemist, the heavy war hammer just outshines the Apsods in every aspect when it comes to commandos. Seeing as the Apsod's is a bastard sword, it could be considered as an upgrade to the strange sword for snipers.

Interesting point, considering some of the changes coming with 0.5.0 we might hold off on this until we reveal our plans and all becomes apparent.
