Its a locked weapon, should have better stats than normal Twigs.

Slower*
They should be as good as rups.
The class itself stats wise is the problem.
Leg having a shield and 1h vs a pikeman with a polearm... leg is always low on ammo so i would make it slower at the cost of having more ammo and better p.
If people want
fast/lower c - malice
avg/avg - twigs
slow/higher p - this
its the same with pikeman
fast/lower p - daggers
slow/higher p - spears
