Old barricade need to be fixed, or at least removed or replaced with a normal cade untill then.
Only new players buy it since it's cheap and can be simply bought from the marketplace, but those players are also less likely to know/understand the rules.

Its 4k i would just make it unusable till it works.
The cheapest crafted cade would be like 5-10k anyway.

I've seen some old barricades that have been attacked by nords. I by myself thought they're fixed. He could've thought the same tbh.
Maybe its not the cade itself but the position there. Coul've happened with any other cade. You never know

The Cade is still broken but the spot is also glitchy at times
