bolts missing 20% penetration - Kriegstofu - 09-06-2019
BH dragon bolts miss the 20% penetration and the able to penetrate shield message in inventory slot
(and ingame aswell?)
might apply to awakened onyx and rending aswell?

It's just the description that is missing. The bonuses should work in game
