Make BH Severance being used by MP - Forward - 09-08-2019
Because there is too big progression gap in fast throwing weapons line.
Now it's:
- Obsidian Daggers
- Severance
and then
- Volcanic Daggers, which is huge damage and cost spike.
Orange Legendary Daggers would solve this problem too, but since there is no such thing making BH Severance being available for MPs seems fair.
Some MPs prefer fast throwing weapons over spears and there is should be viable option for them too.

As Severance is for Pike & Legio, BH Severance is for the same classes (including MP), otherwise it would be a mistake.

Any upgraded legendary has the same restrictions as the non-upgraded version.
