Account Recovery/Transfer whatever - ANA_Lazilot - 05-12-2019
So I got a new PC and I reinstalled Warband and NI but initially I couldn't remember my account info so I made a new one but my wife apparently still had the info written down on her old laptop so I logged in and remade all my characters in-game but now I keep getting this message telling me I already have an account and I don't have a character with this name. Is there a fix for this? Because I've had this account for like 6 years and I'd really like to not have to start all over again :/

The characters are bound to your serial key, so this sounds as if you're on a diffrent key than before. The devs can move your chars to your new account once you provide a new and an old ID and then confirmed owership. Other than that, using your old serial key would let your old chars be used directly with no other work required.
