All looks good but new throwing spears have 4 ammo making them much worse than jarids even with the 4 more damage the 8 less ammo each really is crippling.

Let players use 2 or 3 tomes without any punishment (maybe it's already so), and, the 2nd time wraith should come, make 2 wraith spawn instead. And then 3. And so forth. Because if we have 2 tomes, we can still respawn indefinitely ; with good weapons it's not so hard to kill him.
You can hope that after 3 Wraith, tome spammers will think twice...
This idea is free. Make good use of it.
