In case of a Heavy Cade, the recipe is in House Crafting > Support Lvl. 12
Once you have all the mats, you can make a post in the respective subsection (eg. here for House Crafting).
PS: most craftables need pre-crafted materials (for the Heavy Cade: Bone Dust needs Alchemist, Armour Plate and Strap
need Armorsmith, Construction Tools need Defender House crafting and Processed Wood needs Support House crafting)

For a Heavy Cade, you need to trade these materials over to the leader of the house Jan invited you to:
30 x Hardened Metal (0 / 30)
50 x Sturdy Wood (0 / 50)
10 x Armour Plate (0 / 10)
50 x Basic Wood (0 / 50)
10 x Bone Dust (0 / 10)
6 x Construction Tools (0 / 6)
8 x Processed Wood (0 / 8)
15 x Strap (0 / 15)
